Before I met Christina in 2016, I didn’t really have a workout routine and I had a pretty sedentary lifestyle for 2 years while working night shifts as a nurse. When I decided to finally get back into being active, Christina helped me stay accountable to myself and pushed me during our personal training sessions. Her personal training is tailored to each client and works with them to meet their goals.I trained with Christina for about 6 months in 2016 but the results are still with me today. I can really say that Christina helped me build a permanent lifestyle change that stuck with me for good!
